The Tapfiliate team is pumped to announce the release of the new Tapfiliate Pay feature developed to let our customers automatically make bulk commission payouts to affiliates. Now, you can manage your affiliates more efficiently and save time on manual payout processing.
What is Tapfiliate Pay?
We know how important it is for advertisers to have the ability to process affiliate commissions quickly. With this in mind, we’ve integrated with Trolley, a global payments platform that allows users to manage and send affiliate payouts from one handy dashboard.
With Tapfiliate Pay, you can easily leverage Trolley to make bank transfers and PayPal payments to all of your affiliates.
How does Trolley work with Tapfiliate?
With the Tapfiliate – Trolley integration, you will be able to:
- Streamline your payment process with one-click payouts
- Collect W-9 and other tax forms from your affiliates (for US businesses)
- Generate invoices for your affiliates if necessary
Who can use the automated payouts?
This automated payout feature is currently under closed beta, available for Tapfiliate customers starting from the Pro plan after the 1st subscription payment (not available during the trial). If you want to join the beta test, please read all the details here.
How to start
To enable bulk payouts with Trolley, you need to sign up for its 30-day free trial and fill in your company details. Once your account is verified, you can easily start making payments.
Please note: The account verification process can take up to 5 business days.
How do the payouts work?
The commission payout process consists of the following steps:
- First, you settle your balance as usual in the Payouts section in your Tapfiliate account.
- All of the payout information you provided is automatically sent to your account in Trolley.
- You top up your Trolley balance.
- Then click the payout button – and the payments are sent to your affiliates. Simple!
